New Zealand Food Wine!

While we’re all pretty passionate about wine here at the NZ Winemakers Center, we could never say no to a good meal! And so this month we decided to try our hand at matching a selection of vintages to a mouth-watering multi-course meal.

We’ve chosen an elegant Marlborough Methode to accompany the appetizers, a classically-style Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc for the starter, an award-winning Riesling to complement the main and a decadent dessert wine to finish off with.

MARLBOROUGH SAUVIGNON BLANC

Pale straw in colour this carries away aromas of gooseberries, buttercups and freshly cut grass with a hint of flintiness. The palate is well balanced with lingering fruit tones and fresh acidity.
