The adherence to traditional technique since the winerys inception has enabled Daniel Le Brun to become one of New Zealands most respected Methode Traditionnelle wines, recognised for its superb distinctive style and character.
To maintain quality and consistency, a winery with an authentic underground cellar was established to allow the wines to mature in a cool regulated environment. This original feature is enhanced by the winerys highly regarded winemaker, Allan McWilliams, whose craftsmanship and skill ensures that Daniel Le Brun wines will continue to rival the worlds finest champagnes.
