Hand picked, hand sorted, basket pressed, established in January 1999 in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. The first wines to be released under the Sanderson name became available in November 1999. Sanderson Winery Ltd is in Twyford, Hastings. Our wines are made from grapes grown in the premium vineyard areas of State Highway 50, Mangatahi, and the Heretaunga Plains. Since June 2005 we have leased 20 acres off State Highway 50 on which we grow Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. We are planting Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris this Winter to supplement our existing vineyards.    Wine has won an Award Display prices in:     HAWKES BAY CODE   WHITE WINE VINTAGE VOL.
